An overgrown Poptop matriarch. Mama Poptop summons small Poptops to fight for her while lashing out at nearby foes. On occasion, she may also rush rather quickly towards her target.
A Mama Poptop is usually first encountered as the boss battle within the Dark Cavern, before the Gateway leading to the ruins of The Ark. She is also found deep within Mines located beneath Lush worlds.
Tips
- The Mama Poptop first encountered in the cavern is not particularly challenging, but characters who wander in too early while unprepared may have trouble taking down the Mama Poptop quickly enough. Dual-wielding Hunting Spears crafted at a Foraging Table can trivialize the battle.
