1) I think it should be defined which items / objects / etc should not be named or explained within the wiki. I have seen that in some cases it is omitted to talk about certain things and in other cases it is only completed with question marks -> "???". I think the ideal would be to use something more like "[Redacted]"
2) It is important to keep track of how far the wiki is updated. I was thinking that one option, perhaps, would be to create a label to know when an article is up to date. Maybe, use the phrase "latest" or the version number. This, coupled with a constant check of mod changelogs, and also checking the repo, would allow us to easily update only the articles that merit it.
